1. Quiet Hours & Neighbourhood

To ensure all guests and neighbours feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to refrain from music and noise in the outdoor areas.

From 10:00 PM onwards, the use of the outdoor area is no longer permitted. From this time, you are very welcome to use the beautiful Skylounge (shared indoor area) – a cosy place to end the evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

Bluetooth speakers from the brand Teufel are available in the living area. Please always be considerate of the neighbourhood and keep the volume at an appropriate level. Usual statutory quiet hours apply.

2. Glass, Waste & Order

Please take glass bottles and deposit bottles with you again or dispose of them properly in the glass recycling containers. You will find the glass containers by following the street “Im Weingarten” for 150 metres.

Please separate waste and dispose of it in the designated bins. Organic waste is disposed of together with residual waste here.

3. Duty of Supervision & Safety

Children may only use the pool, sauna, and whirlpool under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

All facilities are used at your own risk. Please pay special attention to wet floors (slip hazard, especially in winter).

4. Infinity Pool & Whirlpool

• Do not add any care, bathing, or other products to the water.

• Please shower before use.

• Glasses and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool (risk of injury) – we provide plastic glasses.

• Jumping into the pool is prohibited.

• Pool cover/whirlpool cover must be closed after each use to save energy and heat. Please appoint a “pool boy/girl” in your group to ensure this.

• The whirlpool is optimally set upon arrival. Please check chlorine levels daily (test strips are provided).

• The infinity pool chlorine system is fully automatic – no action required.

• Use at your own risk.

5. Sauna

• Use the sauna only with a towel underneath.

• Do not place any objects on the sauna heater.

• Switch off the sauna after use.

• Stepping on the sauna roof is strictly prohibited.

• Use at your own risk – please drink plenty of water.

6. Billiard Table

• No drinks or food on the billiard table.

• Only play when the TV is fully retracted (risk of collision with cues).

• Handle billiard equipment carefully and return it after use.

7. Furniture & Inventory

• Do not drag furniture; please lift it to protect the wooden floor.

• Outdoor cushions must be stored in the outdoor boxes to prevent them from blowing away.

• All furnishings must be treated with care.

• Please report any damage immediately.

• Close sun umbrellas after each use to prevent wind damage.

8. Dogs

Dogs are only allowed in bedrooms 1, 2, and 3, in the outdoor area, and in the common room (due to allergy considerations).

Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds.

Please remove any waste in the outdoor area immediately.

9. Smoking & Fire

• Smoking is not permitted indoors.

• Open fire and candles only under supervision.

• Please dispose of fireplace ash only in the metal bucket or ash vacuum – not in the bin.

• Use the grill according to instructions and clean it after each use.

10. General

• Confetti/glitter is not allowed in the house.

• No self-installation of decorations on walls.

• Drone flights only in compliance with legal regulations.

• Please turn down heating when windows are open.

11. Check-out

Check-out is at 10:00 AM (Sundays at 5:00 PM)

• Strip beds

• Empty fridge and take remaining food with you

• Run dishwasher (do not forget)

• Clean oven, grill, and fireplace if used

• Dispose of waste, bottles, glass, and empty ashtrays

• Check that all windows are closed and both exterior doors are locked
