Starting in January 2025, we will begin the exciting renovation of a new large holiday home near Bernkastel-Kues on the Moselle, which means we will be relocating there during this time.
This means that our home will be available to you for the duration of the renovation work.
Enjoy pure relaxation in our modern house in the Eifel Nature Park!
Spanning 160 m², you can expect a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a south-facing terrace, and a sunny garden. A HotSpring hot tub and a sauna house in the garden provide complete wellness.
You can start your hikes directly from the house or explore the surroundings with an electric bike. A local bakery and a small grocery store will ensure fresh bread and treats!

The spacious living area of our house features an inviting dining space with a beautiful view of the garden. In nice weather, you can fully open the front of the living area, allowing the interior to seamlessly merge with the garden. On the terrace, there is a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors when the weather is pleasant.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for your culinary adventures. In addition to an induction stove and a large refrigerator, you will also find a dishwasher and an oven. The high-quality, handle-less cabinets and spacious countertops create a tidy and stylish atmosphere.
The open layout of the kitchen allows you to communicate with your guests in the living area while cooking, fostering an inviting and social environment. Here, you can unleash your creativity while enjoying the company of your fellow occupants.

In the holiday home, you will find four uniquely designed bedrooms, each offering its own charm and comfort.
Three of the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious box spring beds and flat-screen TVs, ensuring maximum sleeping comfort and entertainment.
One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and features a large sliding door, allowing you to sleep almost outdoors in the summer and enjoy nature up close.
The other two bedrooms are situated in the basement but feature large windows that provide plenty of daylight and create a pleasant atmosphere. You can relax in a bright and inviting environment.
BATHROOMS
The holiday home offers two modern bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, all equipped with thoughtful details and high-quality materials.
In the basement, you will find an elegant bathroom featuring a spacious shower, toilet, and sink, combining functionality and comfort.
On the ground floor, there is another modern bathroom equipped with both a relaxing bathtub and a separate shower, ideal for unwinding after a long day.
Additionally, a separate guest toilet is available for your convenience.
