IN RIEDEN IN THE EIFEL NATURE PARK

The holiday home with a living space of 120 square meters was built around 1900 from Rieden tuff stone. With 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a cozy living room with a fireplace, this house is perfect for up to 6 people.

All parts of the building were completely renovated by the end of 2015.

The stable was converted into a living room and a garden with a terrace was created.

The aim was to retain the basic historical elements and combine them with modern furnishings.

The last renovation took place in 2022. New oak parquet floors were laid in the living and dining room and the hallway and small bathroom were re-tiled.

The romantic living room with a cozy sofa and several armchairs and the fireplace with firewood for relaxing evenings are ready for you. A large television with a DVD player and WiFi is of course a must. A radio with Bluetooth, board games and a desk are also available.

The dining kitchen is fully equipped with a hot air oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, dishes, pots and everything else you need.

GOOD NIGHT

There are 3 individual bedrooms in the holiday home, each with its own character. There is the romantic blue room under the roof, the large, green room with a box spring bed and television and the pink room.

Each bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.80m x 2.00m as well as a wardrobe or chest of drawers.

Both bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower, a vanity, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror and a feel-good atmosphere.

You enter the holiday home through a courtyard designed to linger, which you can of course use alone and undisturbed. There you have the opportunity to drink a glass of wine on the terrace when the weather is nice, or just relax in the candlelight, for example after a sauna session. The inner courtyard is completely fenced in and safe for children and dogs.
