The vacation house with a living area of 220 sqm was built around 1750 as a half-timbered house With 6 double rooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with room for up to 12 people, this house is perfectly suited for families and friends who want to spend quality time together.

The dining table can be expanded to accommodate up to 12 people. In the dining room there is an antique built-in cupboard that is still in use.

You enter the holiday home through a historic hallway with original, old tiles and an impressive staircase.

Apple Tree has been completely renovated. All floors were made of oaklaid out.7 bathrooms were completely renovated and a new heating system and a fireplace were installed.

The last renovation took place in 2022.

The living room with the large sofa, several armchairs and the fireplace offers you an atmosphere of well-being. Of course, a 55" Smart TV and WiFi shouldn't be missing,

a music system and board games

are also available to you.
