minimum stay
For inquiries regarding gaps in the calendar that are shorter than the usual minimum stay, please feel free to contact us. Just let us know your wishes and we will provide you with a non‑binding offer.

For bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival, we offer an additional 20% discount on the nightly rate.
15% WEEKLY DISCOUNT*
For bookings of one week or more, you receive an additional 15% discount on the nightly rate.
*These discount promotions can be combined with the NEW START Discount, but not with other discount offers.
The cleaning fee and tourist tax are excluded from the discount.
