We are excited to introduce our latest project:

HOLIDAY HOUSE VILLA ORANGE TREE

 

Starting in January 2025, we will begin the extensive renovation of a recently acquired former hotel with a living space of 270 square meters. Our goal is to transform this building into a high-quality holiday home for groups of 10 to 20 people.

Vacation house for up to 14 persons.

 

Our vacation house "Olive Tree" is ready for you since 2020.

You have the opportunity to feel at home in a listed house, which was originally built in 1595 in Bullay as a noble residence.

Olive Tree was renovated and completely refurnished until May 2021.

The cottage features a combination of modern furnishings and the historic style of the house. Among other historic building materials, a Cologne mirror-relief stucco ceiling decorates one of the bedrooms.

Modern Living Oasis with Panoramic View

We are transforming the existing restaurant with panoramic views into a spacious communal area of 100 sqm. This light-filled room will feature large windows that offer breathtaking views of the Moselle River and the charming town of Bernkastel-Kues.

Open Kitchen and Dining Area

Our modern kitchen is perfectly equipped for culinary highlights – ideal for cooking events, cooking classes, or an exclusive dinner with a top chef. The amenities include:

  • Two dishwashers for effortless cleaning.

  • Two refrigerators with freezers and a wine cooler.

  • Two ovens with microwave and steam cooking functions for versatile cooking options.

  • An additional cooktop and ample storage space for preparing large meals.

  • A pantry for food and beverages, ensuring the kitchen stays tidy.

 

Cozy Living Area

A welcoming living area with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxing hours. Here, you can retreat after an exciting day or enjoy social evenings with friends and family.

Entertainment and Socializing

A billiard table provides entertainment and fun in a social setting. This modern communal area is thus the perfect backdrop for unforgettable gatherings and relaxing moments.

Luxurious Bedrooms with a View of the Mosel

​The property features a total of 10 spacious bedrooms and 1 children's room, all equipped with comfortable box spring beds, modern flat-screen TVs, and all imaginable amenities for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms serve as a beautiful retreat for when you need some peace and quiet. Three of the bedrooms come with private balconies, inviting you to enjoy the fresh air and the stunning views of the Mosel. Of the 10 rooms, 7 have en-suite bathrooms for added comfort, while two additional bathrooms are available for the remaining 3 rooms. Some of the rooms also offer a magnificent view of the picturesque Mosel, making your stay an unforgettable experience.

Modern Bathrooms for Maximum Privacy

The vacation house features a total of 9 modern bathrooms, 7 of which are en-suite.

When searching for the ideal property, it was crucial for us to have enough bathrooms so that each guest can prepare in peace and enjoy their privacy. We will renovate all bathrooms to ensure the highest level of comfort and a contemporary design.

Additional Spaces for Relaxation and Productivity​​

  • Home Office Room: This light-filled room with panoramic views is ideal for focused work. Here, you can realize your projects in a quiet environment while enjoying the stunning scenery.

  • Youth Room:

  • A cozy retreat for teenagers, equipped with a foosball table and a large screen/TV. This space is the perfect spot to play games with friends, watch movies, enjoy brought-along video games, or simply relax.

  • These additional rooms ensure that every guest can cater to their individual needs—whether for work or leisure.
