Drink delivery service to the Olive Tree holiday home
To save space in your car and avoid carrying heavy bottles, you can order drinks directly here. Upon request, drinks can also be delivered to the cellar shortly before your arrival. Please arrange the return of empties (deposit, etc.) during your stay.
You will also find a selection of wines from Moselle winemakers in the holiday home, which you can purchase. Prices are the same as at the winery shop.

Private Chef at Olive Tree
Originally from Bavaria, I discovered my love for the Moselle region a few years ago while working as a chef in Traben-Trarbach. In December 2024, I opened a small café/bistro in Traben-Trarbach, located in the historic Art Nouveau rooms of a former butcher’s shop. Here, I offer coffee as well as small sweet treats and savoury snacks.
As my passion also lies in creating carefully composed menus, I am delighted to continue offering this as a private chef for small groups.
During my time in Bavaria, I gained experience in a wide variety of restaurants and culinary settings. My experience includes an upscale Bavarian tavern, a high-end burger restaurant and fine dining.
My style can best be described as “crossover”. My dishes can range from traditional German and European cuisine to Asian-inspired creations.
I particularly enjoy having a free hand and combining different cuisines and dishes in creative ways. Above all, the quality of the ingredients is very important to me.
The basic menu price starts at €50 per adult (minimum 4 people). This includes the food and service during the meal.
The dishes are prepared as far as possible in advance and then finished and plated at the holiday home. Any additional costs for travel or possible extra service requirements will be agreed upon individually.

Just three houses away, you’ll find Hotel Mosella. In addition to the breakfast buffet, you also have the option of enjoying dinner at the hotel.
Simply call Hotel Mosella in the morning to reserve your place. In the evening, you can enjoy a generous and freshly prepared selection of regional and international dishes between 5:30 and 7:30 pm.

Complete your wellness stay at Olive Tree and enjoy a relaxing massage without even leaving the holiday home. In the spa area upstairs, you can choose from a range of treatments, including head, face & neck massages, foot reflexology, vibration massage and full-body massages.
Sebastian will come to the holiday home for treatments starting from €80. Simply give him a call to arrange an appointment.
Prices start at €25, plus €10 travel fee.
We recommend booking well in advance to make sure your preferred appointment is still available. During winter, it is a good idea to switch on the heating in the spa area beforehand.
